Early Start BCBA – South Bay San Diego

Part-Time | Hourly | Opportunity to Grow into Full-Time

Florece ABA, LLC is seeking a compassionate and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing Early Start team serving children and families throughout South Bay San Diego .

This position will begin part-time with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role as the caseload grows.

About the Role

Our Early Start program supports young children and their caregivers through play-based, naturalistic, developmentally appropriate, and neurodivergent-affirming ABA services .

We are looking for a BCBA who genuinely enjoys early intervention, connecting with children through play, and partnering with caregivers through compassionate coaching .

Responsibilities

• Provide BCBA oversight for Early Start clients

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

• Develop play-based and naturalistic interventions

• Provide compassionate caregiver coaching and parent education

• Support functional communication, social engagement, independence, and everyday routines

• Supervise and support Behavior Technicians

• Monitor progress and make data-informed program modifications

• Collaborate with families, service coordinators, and other providers

• Complete required reports and documentation in a timely manner

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing
  
  
• Experience with early intervention and young children preferred
  
  
• Strong interest in play-based and naturalistic ABA
  
  
• Compassionate, collaborative approach to caregiver coaching

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Reliable transportation to serve families throughout South Bay San Diego
  
  
• Spanish-speaking preferred — a plus
  
  
• Experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse families is valued
