or an equivalent combination of education and experienceProven leadership experience managing Transmission & Distribution construction operations, utility infrastructure projects, or related EPC programsDemonstrated success leading regional operations, project portfolios, and multi-disciplinary teamsStrong understanding of transmission and distribution construction means, methods, project delivery, resource planning, and risk managementProven financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasting, cash flow, backlog, profitability, and operational performanceExperience leading preconstruction efforts, RFP pursuits, estimating collaboration, and strategic planning initiativesExceptional leadership, communication, organizational, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsAbility to develop teams, build client relationships, and drive regional growth initiativesExperience with Microsoft Office Suite;
