Corporate Associate Attorney

:We are seeking a highly motivated Mid-Level Corporate/M&A Transactions Attorney with 5-8 years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background with a variety of corporate matters, including M&A, entity formation, corporate governance, commercial contracts, and private financings .Key Responsibilitie s:Support M&A transactions from inception through closing, including due diligence, drafting, negotiation, and closing documentatio n.Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements (NDAs, service agreements, vendor/customer contracts, etc. ).Support general corporate counseling and day-to-day business matter s.Collaborate closely with other attorneys, clients, and professionals in a team-oriented environmen t.Qualificatio ns:J.D. from an accredited law school and active member in good standing of the Virginia Bar or eligible to waive in.5-8 years of experience in a corporate transactional practice, preferably with a law firm or in-house legal departme nt.Strong organizational, drafting and analytical skil ls.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environme nt.Excellent communication and interpersonal skil #J-18808-Ljbffr Clevanoo LLC
