Responsibilities - Monitor telemetry for adult patients and interpret dysrhythmias; respond per protocol and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team - Provide care for telemetry/PCU patients, including stroke assessment and telemetry-related cardiac med management as indicated - Establish and maintain peripheral IV access; administer prescribed medications and monitor for adverse effects - Support non-invasive airway management and oxygen therapy; apply isolation precautions and PPE as required - Document patient status and care in the EPIC charting system; collaborate with unit secretaries and the care team to coordinate patient flow Requirements - Active RN license in Missouri or eligible for Missouri licensure (compact) with MO or compact license required for submission; IL license in hand required at time of submittal; compact licenses must match permanent residence

• ACLS, BCLS, NIH certifications required by compliance deadlines
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience; first-timers accepted
• Telemetry/Progressive Care experience with adult patients; EPIC charting

proficiency - Ability to work nights on a 3x12 schedule; ability to float within the telemetry service line; able to meet fit testing and compliance deadlines Benefits and Support
