Caregiver (Personal Care Assistant)

The Caregiver provides hands-on support to seniors, focusing on enhancing their quality of life through personalized care. Key Responsibilities: Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care. Follow and document changes in Individualized Service Plans (ISP). Promote safety, dignity, and independence for residents. Engage residents with conversation and daily activities to foster meaningful relationships. Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment. Communicate effectively with families and care team members. In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss. Qualifications & Skills: High School Diploma or GED; age 18+ CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain. Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills.
