Key Responsibilities
- Optimize revenue streams through strategic planning and detailed analysis
- Implement pricing strategies that maximize profitability
- Collaborate enthusiastically with cross-functional teams to boost revenue growth
- Conduct weekly calls with General Managers to align strategies
- Use advanced revenue management systems and tools to support decisions
- Prepare and present insightful revenue reports to senior management
Qualifications
- Proven experience in revenue management or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Previous hotel industry experience required
- High school degree or equivalent
- MUST HAVE Marriott and IHG experience
