About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer to join their team. The successful candidate will be a dynamic and innovative leader, responsible for overseeing all the organization's accounting functions and providing successful growth strategies. This senior role involves directing financial activities, including reporting, planning, supervision, and investments. The CFO will also play a key part in guiding the financial area toward growth and expansion, and will be expected to have a track record of success in a similar capacity. Applicants for the Chief Financial Officer position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting, with a Master’s degree preferred, and a CPA designation is also preferred. A minimum of 7 years' of related experience, particularly with a bank of at least $5B in assets, is required. The role demands a professional with excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. The CFO will be involved in all aspects of financial management, from forecasting and budgeting to ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Proficiency in PC software, especially Excel, Word, and Access, is essential. The ideal candidate will be adept at problem-solving and be able to influence their own development within the organization.
