Daytona Beach, FL Pain Management Opening
o Clinical Role:
• Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible pain management
physician
• Must be fellowship trained
• ACGME accredited program required
• Anesthesiology or PM&R residency training accepted
• Seeking full-time candidates
• Work Monday-Friday, 8:30 - 5:00
• See 35 - 40 patients per day
o Most Common Procedures:
• MILD
• Spinal cord stimulator trials
• Peripheral nerve stimulator trials
• Intracept
• Aurora ZIP/ Minuteman/ Key lift
• Intrathecal pump trials
• Via Disc
• Sacroiliac joint fusions
• Epidural steroid injections (TFESI, CESI, Knee, Hip, Shoulder)
• Trigger point injections
• Medical branch blocks
• Radiofrequency Ablations
• SCS Trials
• Facet joint injections
• Occipital nerve block
• Pain trials and pain pump refills
o Organization Information:
• Practice has 2 locations, Harrisonburg and Stafford
• Practice is managed to support physicians with NPs
• Competitive base salary with tiered bonuses

• 20 days PTO
• 3 days CME, $1,500
• Malpractice insurance provided
• 401k match after one year
