Molding Operator

Kelly is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Molding Operators at one of our valued client locations!

Location: Worcester, MA
Shift: 3rd Shift: 9:30pm-6:00am, Monday-Friday (training will be provided on 1st or 2nd shift for a few weeks)
Pay Rate: $22.00/hour
Requirements: Pre-hire math assessment Job Responsibilities:

• Apply various methods, procedures, and techniques to mold products using hydraulic, robotic, and manual presses or molding equipment.
• Compact mixes to shape products, forming or molding basic shapes according to specifications.

Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of a limited variety of molding materials and product characteristics to distinguish between mixes, pressing, and finishing techniques.
• Ability to perform minimal density tests on initial molded pieces to gauge tolerances and conformance to specifications.
• Experience utilizing a wide variety of measuring tools, hand and power tools, including a tamping gun, and familiarity with various equipment and pressing techniques.
