1st Shift Truss Assembler

Snelling is hiring for a 1st Shift Truss Assembler position . The pay rate for this position is $18 to 19/HR . Schedule is Monday-Thursday and some Fridays.Candidates should have the flexibility to work overtime as needed.


This 1st  Shift Truss Assembler position will be temp-to-hire, meaning that SNELLING would work with you through the consideration and interview process and SNELLING would be your employer for a probationary period upon an offer being accepted. The ideal candidate for the 1st  Shift Truss Assembler position will have experience in carpentry, framing, and/or construction of building material components such as floor or roof trusses



Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years construction experience in framing, carpentry or similar position.
• Must be able to read and interpret a tape measure (this will be evaluated during the interview process).
• Must have the ability to stand, walk, bend, stretch, climb, push, pull, and reach for long periods of time.
• Ability to work in all conditions, especially heat and cold. The work environment is covered but not climate controlled.
• Experience working independently in a production manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment and drug screen.
