Property Manager We have an amazing opportunity for a Property Manager to oversee 92 units/3 properties near the University of Southern California (USC) campus. All properties are close to the business office. Opportunity for advancement. We offer online and in-person training. Compensation $23.00-$25.00 per hour $300.00 auto allowance and $25.00 cell phone allowance Free 1‑bedroom apartment Pay range: $23 - $25 USD Responsibilities Day‑to‑day operational management of all aspects of the property Supervise property staff and external vendors Daily communication with senior property management personnel and property owners Oversee accounts payable and receivable Respond promptly to resident requests Perform daily/weekly comprehensive property walk‑throughs, focusing on the preventive maintenance checklist Conduct unit inspections, including move‑in and move‑out Develop and implement marketing ideas and strategies Leasing current vacancies and new units Monitor the monthly financial budget Ensure compliance with housing laws, rules and regulations Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in multi‑family property management with 80+ units; student housing experience preferred Knowledge of property accounting, e.g., Yardi Excellent verbal and written communication skills Effective organizational and multi‑tasking skills Available to work one weekend day Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance with employer contribution 401(k) with discretionary company contribution after 1 year Short‑term and long‑term disability Critical illness/accident/hospital indemnity plans Generous paid time off (vacation, holidays, sick time) Equal Opportunity Employer We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. #J-18808-Ljbffr Property Management Associates
