Title: Security Lead Location: Cary, NC Duration: Full Time Type of Hire: Permanent Primary Skills IT Security services Operating Systems Database Routing and switching Endpoint security solutions Juniper, McAfee, NetOptics, Checkpoint & Cisco products Identify, isolate, and resolve network security problems Experience with problem and change management processes Technical certification is an advantage Responsibilities Team management and managing IT security service deliverables Knowledge of IT security technologies, operating systems, database, routing and switching, and endpoint security solutions Exposure to best practice design & implementation methodology Identify, isolate and resolve network security problems Experience with problem and change management processes and applications Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent leadership skills and teamwork skills; results oriented, high energy, self-motivated Exposure to Juniper, McAfee, NetOptics, Checkpoint & Cisco products Ensure knowledge up‑gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and client requirements Gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology Recommend client value creation initiatives and implement industry best practices Train and develop the team to ensure an adequate supply of trained manpower in the technology and mitigate risks Review architecture and design deliverables and support as an SME Architect, design and develop (through the team) solutions for product/project & sustenance delivery Certifications Security certifications preferred (e.g., CISCO CCIE Security) CISSP certification Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
