Savion is looking for an experienced project developer to join its Emerging Technologies team, managing data center and gas-fired generation projects in PJM and other regions. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional project teams – both internal resources and external consultants – with expertise in engineering, permitting, environmental, real estate/title, and transmission. Previous experience in data centers or gas-fired generation development is strongly preferred. Sharp judgment, project management abilities, and leadership skills are essential. The ideal candidate must be capable of thriving in a dynamic, evolving, and fast-paced industry. Responsibilities Creation and management of an overall project strategy Project schedule, critical path, and critical issues management and reporting Site acquisition including landowner negotiations Coordination of local, state, and federal permitting processes Coordination of project environmental and wildlife studies Creation and management of a project public relations plan Project budget and cash flow projection, management and tracking Coordination of the project interconnection process Coordination of preliminary project design Support any asset sale agreements Remain apprised of and communicate with the team on relevant regulatory or legislative matters at the local or state level Must be willing to travel 25%+ of time Skills, Knowledge, and Experience 3+ years development experience in the gas and/or digital infrastructure industry required Knowledge of regional environmental and site permitting processes required; familiarity with air permitting a plus Familiarity with PJM preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, Power-Point, etc. required Microsoft Project or similar software experience preferred Leadership traits are key; must have the ability to successfully lead cross-functional and dynamic project teams Base, bonus and compensation commensurate with experience Vacation & Holidays: Generous paid time off plus 14.5 paid holidays Benefits: Health & dental insurance, long-term disability and life insurance, 401(k) match Awesome culture and opportunities for interaction across multiple departments with fun and exciting events and challenges Savion offers a culture that embraces a flex-time schedule so as to maximize both productivity and work-life balance #J-18808-Ljbffr Savion
