• Position: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - General
• Employment Type: Locum tenens healthcare job
• Location: Muskegon, Michigan
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
• Shift Duration: 8-hour day shifts
• Hours per Week: 40
• Duration: 13 weeks, with ongoing coverage needs
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $7,920-$8,350
• Start Date: ASAP
• Setting: Hospital-based anesthesia care
• Practice Model: Medical direction care team model
• Case Mix: Ortho, GI, vascular, GYN, neuro, trauma, ENT, robotics, and healthy pediatric cases

• Work in a collaborative anesthesia team in a fast-paced hospital setting
• Enjoy a consistent weekday schedule with no nights or weekends
• Support a broad range of surgical and procedural cases
• Experience the scenic Lake Michigan shoreline and outdoor recreation in West Michigan

• Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience required
• Board certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist required
• Active Michigan license or active compact license required
• Must be available for full-time weekday coverage
• Comfort working with pediatric and complex general anesthesia cases
• Experience in a high-volume surgical environment preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively within a care team model
• Self-query NPDB required at time of presentation

• Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care for a broad range of surgical procedures
• Support daily coverage for a busy operating room environment
• Collaborate with physicians and surgical teams in a medical direction model
• Deliver anesthesia services for adult and healthy pediatric patients
• Adapt to a diverse case mix including general, trauma, neuro, GI, and orthopedic cases
• Maintain accurate documentation and support efficient patient flow throughout the day
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinical environment
