• **TRAVEL TEAMS: Must have their own vehicles***
• **Cath Lab will not consider tech/RN teams***
• **Parking: Assigned to a parking lot, and then will be shuttled to the facility. Night shift: Assigned to a parking garage***
• **Travelers can be expected to have nursing students, this is a teaching hospital***
• **All profiles must include: Unit size, Hospital size, Trauma Level, EMR (cerner experience)***
• **2 years of CORE experience required in specialty being submitted to; Level 1 Trauma and Teaching experience required***
• **Facility will not consider any contract shorter than 13 weeks***
• **Prophecy Dysrhythmia Exam required 24-48hrs prior to acceptance of a position. Maximum attempts is 2: Required for: Ambulance Transport, Cardiac Cath Lab, ICU, CVICU, EP Lab, ER, Helicopter Transport (Flight), House Supervisor, PACU/Recovery, PCU, PICU, Pre-op/PACU, Stepdown, Telemetry/IMC, Transitional ICU/TCU units.***
• **IF FAILED, will be DNU for 6 months within Commonspirit AZ and Sacramento Region***
