Mobile Wound Care NP/PA: Home Visits, Training & Support
West Coast Wound & Skin Care
West Coast Wound & Skin Care is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide mobile advanced wound care to patients in their homes within the San Gabriel Valley region. This is a non-remote, travel-required role. You will diagnose, treat wounds, educate patients, and coordinate care, supported by extensive training and 24/7 team support.
