Senior Financial Accountant

We're seeking a Senior Accountant to join a growing corporate accounting team supporting a dynamic, multi-entity organization. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to corporate accounting, financial reporting, consolidations, and month-end close while partnering with teams across multiple business units. The ideal candidate is a proactive accounting professional who enjoys improving processes, leveraging technology, and using data to drive better business decisions. Key Responsibilities: Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules Assist with consolidated financial reporting and management reporting packages Analyze financial results, research variances, and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP Partner with accounting teams across multiple business units to support accurate and timely reporting Financial Reporting & Process Improvement Prepare recurring financial reports and consolidation schedules Develop reporting tools and dashboards using Excel and business intelligence platforms Identify opportunities to improve reporting accuracy, streamline processes, and automate manual workflows Support financial systems enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives Audit & Compliance Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation Assist with year-end reporting and external audit requests Maintain compliance with company policies and accounting standards Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required CPA preferred 4+ years of progressive experience in corporate accounting, financial reporting, or public accounting Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial statement preparation Advanced Excel skills with experience analyzing large datasets Experience with financial reporting, consolidations, and ERP systems Exposure to Power BI, OneStream, or similar reporting tools is a plus Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify process enhancements and leverage technology to improve efficiency What We're Looking For Strategic thinker with a "big picture" mindset Naturally curious and willing to challenge existing processes Tech-savvy professional who embraces automation and innovation Collaborative team player with strong communication skills Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach with a passion for continuous improvement This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional looking to expand their corporate accounting experience while helping modernize financial reporting and business processes within a growing organization. #J-18808-Ljbffr
