Leasing Manager Full-time Regular 300 East, Denver, CO, US 2 days ago Requisition ID: 1988 Salary Range: $24.00 To $26.00 Hourly We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Manager at 300 East Seventeenth Apartments to lead our onsite leasing team and help drive occupancy, renewals, and resident satisfaction. In this role, you’ll oversee daily leasing activities, build relationships with prospective and current residents, and coach your team to achieve leasing goals. Working closely with the Community Manager, you’ll help create a high-performing, service-oriented team while supporting overall community operations. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, organized leader, and results-driven professional who enjoys building relationships and delivering an exceptional resident experience.
