Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care to patients on the assigned unit, following provider orders and care plans.
- Document care plans and patient progress comprehensively each shift.
- Communicate patient information for continuity and safe care via bedside shift reports, multidisciplinary rounds, and hourly rounding (AIDET).
- Maintain patient safety and participate in unit-based safety activities, including daily huddles and quality improvement efforts.
- Support evidence-based practice, participate in performance improvement initiatives, and serve as a preceptor for new nurses when needed.
- Collaborate with nurses from other units and with the broader care team to promote safe, high-quality patient outcomes.

Requirements
- Current New Hampshire RN license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Basic Dysrhythmia knowledge or course completed prior to orientation
- Graduate of an approved nursing program (preferred)
- Ability to work in a hospital setting and float to Med/Surg, Rehab, and Geriatric Psychiatry units; telemetry experience is a plus
