Sales Administrator

The Sigma Sales Administrator will provide support for sales representatives and internal sales department as well as serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries. This position will support the day to day sales operations of the company. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinates and ensures accurate processing of purchase orders. Tracking sales, providing customer service, and managing customer accounts. Stay up-to-date with new products and features. Researches, resolves issues and provides information such as stock availability, delivery dates and prices to sales representative and customers. Check data accuracy on orders and invoices. Contact customers to obtain missing information or answer queries. Works with customer maintenance to update/change/revise any detail to the profile of the customer (ie: bill to/ship to addresses, contact info, billing terms). Liaises with Credit Department to address all credit-related customer issues, remove credit holds, retrieve payment information needed (status of account, pay now, past due, etc.). Works with the shipping department to ensure timely deliveries. Produce daily, weekly and monthly sales reports for management team. Communicate important feedback from customers internally. Receiving and processing purchase orders. Supports Inventory Functions by assisting with month end inventory. Other related duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Attention to detail Efficient analytical and problem solving skills Effective organizational and time management skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Previous experience in sales administration, or similar role a plus.
