They ensure that proper processes are followed and that errors are addressed quickly. Join a company that invests in you from day one./ph3What You Will Do/h3ulliWork and collaborate with leadership team for process improvements and provide support throughout the DC./liliEfficiently monitor customer orders, receiving, stocking, staging, and shipping of products ensuring they meet company standards for safety, security, accuracy, and productivity./liliOperate required machinery with specified departments, which may include cherry pickers, reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and stock chasers./liliFollow commit to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for safety, quality, production, efficiency./liliReport and record any discrepancy, damaged items, shortages, or unidentified packages./liliMaintain required processed/procedure audits./liliTrain in customer service duties as required./liliMonitor and train new hires to ensure optimal productivity and quality./liliMaintain organization and cleanliness of Distribution Center./liliFollows all SOPs, safety rules, and regulations./liliActs professionally and remains focused contributing to a culture and environment focused on a safe working environment./liliPerforms other duties as assigned and be willing to cross train./li/ulh3What Were Looking For/h3ulliMust be 18 years of age./liliHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred/liliAbility to read and speak English./liliMust have reliable transportation./liliAbility to follow detailed instructions./liliAbility to operate a warehouse equipment and machinery./liliMust be comfortable using electronic devices./liliCan lift and carry up to 50lbs on occasion with or without reasonable accommodation./liliBasic math skills, ability to count, add, and subtract numbers quickly and accurately./liliAbility to identify colors, sizes, quantity, label, and SKU information./liliMust be flexible with start and departure time changing./liliAbility to work overtime when needed./liliAbility to work independently without close supervision./liliResponsible for any additional duties assigned./li/ulh3Physical Demands/h3pIn performing this job, the employee must stand and walk for an 8+ hour shift. Additionally, the position requires frequent grasping, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and handling of items with hands and arms, up to 50 lbs. Moderate hand-eye coordination, near vision, far vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, adjusting focus and hearing./ph3Working Environment/h3pThe job will be performed entirely in the warehouse where conditions can range from warm to cool. The job will be performed around warehouse machines and equipment with a moderate level of noise. Employee must be able to work in a high-volume, high-demand environment while meeting strenuous customer deadlines.
