Compensation:

• 8%-15% commission after payments have cleared

• 3%-5% residual commission for the lifetime of the customer

• Average landscape maintenance ticket of $399/month with the ability to collect the year up front

• Christmas Light and Permanent Lighting tickets between $600-$6,000

Compensation:

$50,000 - $150,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients through door-to-door visits, presenting our services with enthusiasm and clarity.

• Build and nurture strong relationships with homeowners, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

• Close sales effectively by demonstrating the unique value and quality of our construction services.

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies that enhance our market presence and client satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities to ensure seamless follow-up and service delivery.

• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to provide clients with up-to-date information.

• Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your sales techniques and product knowledge, ensuring continuous personal growth and development.

Qualifications:

• Experience in direct sales, particularly in door-to-door contexts, showcasing your ability to connect with diverse clients.

• Proven track record of closing sales and meeting or exceeding targets in a competitive environment.

• Ability to communicate effectively, presenting complex information in a clear and engaging manner.

• Strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
