This is an exciting opportunity to provide technical leadership, develop team members, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that support safe, compliant, and efficient manufacturing operations.What you will getAn agile career with opportunities for leadership growth and professional development.The opportunity to work with advanced manufacturing and digital technologies.A collaborative and inclusive work environment focused on innovation and continuous improvement.Exposure to cross-functional teams, global partners, and customer-facing projects.Competitive compensation and performance-based rewards.Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits.The opportunity to help deliver life-changing therapies to patients worldwide.What you will doLead and supervise the MES Engineering team, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management.Drive MES-related projects and support the maintenance and enhancement of electronic batch records within the MODA-ES platform.Develop team schedules, prioritize workloads, and proactively manage project timelines and deliverables.Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, CAPEX, Global, and customer teams to ensure successful project execution.Author, review, and close quality records, including deviations, CAPAs, and change controls.Provide technical leadership, troubleshooting support, and guidance for MES applications and related systems.Lead training initiatives for MES Engineers, Manufacturing personnel, and other key stakeholders.What we are looking forBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.5-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other regulated manufacturing environments.5-10 years of experience supporting automation systems or Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES); MODA-ES experience is preferred.Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.Strong problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills.Experience with quality systems, including deviations, CAPAs, and change controls.Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple functions and levels of the organization.Pay Transparency: The anticipated annual base salary for this position will be based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors.
