Lead engaging visual merchandising efforts to create a clean and inviting space for customers and colleagues alike. Prioritise Health & Safety, safeguarding the wellbeing of your team and customers. Sales & Performance: Motivate your team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Identify growth opportunities for team members and suggest strategies for their development. Customer Experience: Set the standard for exceptional customer service and ensure it’s delivered consistently. Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, creating memorable shopping experiences. Represent the EMS brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
