Job Title: Remote Video Editor (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time


Salary : $3,000+ USD/month (commensurate with experience, technical mastery, and performance results)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, aligned with US Central Time / CST business hours.

Driven by a high-performance, growth-oriented culture, our client combines data-driven business strategy with high-end lifestyle storytelling, managing content across the main hospitality brand, the enterprise consulting brand, and executive leadership channels.

Job Overview

Our Client is seeking a creative, results-driven Video Editor to serve as the primary video content powerhouse across the entire brand ecosystem. Managing end-to-end post-production, this professional will transform raw footage into high-engagement long-form podcasts, educational modules, and platform-optimized short-form videos across YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok, driving audience growth and brand authority across B2B, B2C, and executive media channels.

Key Responsibilities

Long-Form & Educational Video Production

• Edits and produces high-volume long-form podcast episodes for major YouTube channels (e.g., Get Paid for Your Pad, reaching 1M+ listeners).
• Edits educational course content, training webinars, and lead-generation video assets for B2B short-term rental operators.
• Produces ~10-minute feature YouTube videos focusing on hospitality revenue management, real estate scaling, and brand expansion.

Multi-Brand Short-Form Content Creation

• Creates platform-optimized short-form content (15-60 seconds) across three distinct brand accounts:
  
  • Hospitality (B2C): Visual, travel-driven Reels/TikToks highlighting design-forward cabins, nature experiences, and lifestyle concepts for consumer channels.
  • Consulting (B2B): Educational LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts content tailored for $1M+ annual STR operators.
  • Executive Brand: Behind-the-scenes founder storytelling, leadership insights, and real estate development content for executive social channels.
• Incorporates dynamic captions, motion graphics, strategic B-roll selection, color grading, sound design, and custom transitions to maximize retention and virality.

Post-Production Workflow & Asset Management

• Manages the complete post-production workflow, including color correction, audio mixing, aspect ratio formatting, and thumbnail asset alignment.
• Builds and maintains a structured central media library containing raw b-roll, audio tracks, graphic templates, and brand assets.
• Analyzes platform performance metrics to continuously iterate editing styles, pacing, and visual hooks based on current social media trends.

Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies

Required Qualifications

• Proven Portfolio of Viral/High-Reach Content: Demonstrated track record creating short-form and long-form video content with high engagement and reach across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Editing Suite Mastery: Advanced expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and industry-standard post-production plugins.
• Visual Storytelling & Narrative Flow: Exceptional capability to structure raw narrative takes into clear, compelling, and retention-focused video stories.
• Platform-Specific Optimization: Deep understanding of platform nuances (aspect ratios, safe zones, caption placement, pacing, sound trends) for YouTube Shorts, Reels, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Self-Directed Execution & Speed: High-performance work ethic capable of managing tight turnaround times, high content volume, and post-production calendars independently.
• Schedule Alignment: Full-time availability to work standard US Central Time (CST) business hours with immediate team responsiveness.
• Remote Infrastructure: Dedicated home workstation equipped with high-performance video editing hardware, fast rendering capabilities, professional audio monitoring, and ultra-high-speed internet.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to have):

• Prior experience editing content within the travel, boutique hospitality, real estate, or high-growth entrepreneurship sectors.
• Strong familiarity with executive personal brand storytelling and B2B LinkedIn video strategy.
