About the job Administrative Assistant/Receptionist
Arkansas Talent Group is seeking an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist for a dynamic auto dealer group in Little Rock, AR . This role is ideal for a polished, organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the first point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Greet and assist customers, vendors, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and route inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Support general administrative functions, including data entry, filing, scanning, correspondence, and document preparation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment.
- Assist with scheduling, calendar coordination, and other clerical tasks as needed.
- Provide backup support to sales, service, and management teams with day-to-day office needs.
- Prior receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
