Travel ICU/CCU Registered Nurse - $2,326 per week

Position / Specialty: ICU/CCU RN
Shift: Nights (1900-0730)
Ratios/Daily Caseload: 1:2 ratio for all shifts. 4 bed ICU.
Years of experience REQ: Minimum 2 years' experience required.
First-timers accepted: Yes.
Weekend REQ: Will work every other weekend.
Certs REQ: ACLS, BLS, and NIH required.
Is on-call REQ? No.
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Will float as needed.
Open to accommodating block schedule? Discuss schedule requests with manager.
Locals accepted: Yes- no radius.
Pending License accepted: No- active IL license required to apply.

Special Requirements:
•Required Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response Skills/Experience: Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Multi-system organ failure, Obtain 12 lead EKG. IV insulin protocols experience required. Chronic/Acute Renal failure experience required.
•Required IV therapy Skills/Experience: Arterial line management, Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management, PICC line management, Starting IVs.
•Required Medication Skills/Experience: Continuous IV paralytics/Neuromuscular blockade, Continuous IV sedation, Emergency Medications, Titrate Cardiac drips,
•Titrate Vasoactive drips. Required Respiratory/Thoracic Case Skills/Experience: Assist with management of BiPAP, Assist with management of CPAP, Assist with Chest Tube Insertion/Removal, Care of Ventilated Patient, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Interpretation of ABGs, Suctioning (ETT, NT), Ventilator Management.
•Required Professional Topics and Skills: Infection Prevention, Isolation Precautions/ Use of PPE, Surgical Wounds with drains/Wound Vac. Cerner experience preferred.
