The Outside Sales Representative will focus on acquiring new clients and managing relationships within the local area, primarily targeting the Kitchen and Bath retail industry. Specifically, stone countertops, showers, and bath surrounds.

This role requires engaging prospects through presentations and product demonstrations, utilizing CRM platforms to manage leads and sales activities.

Moderate travel within the territory is expected to support sales efforts and close contracts effectively. Pay is based on commission. You must be a hustler.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients in the Kitchen and Bath retail market
• Generate and qualify sales leads through research and outreach
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
• Negotiate contracts and close sales
• Manage and nurture customer relationships to drive retention
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
• Maintain accurate sales reports using CRM platforms
• Manage sales activities within the assigned local territory
• Follow-up with closed contracts and continuing care of our customers

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales
