- Shift: Monday/Tuesday 8:00 AM5:00 PM on-site with night call; weekends include rounding and on-call coverage

- Employment Type: Contract
- License/Certs: BC in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (CAP) or General Psychiatry with CAP fellowship completed
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in psychiatric care with adolescents and families
Pay & Benefits:
- Hourly Rate: $273/hour
- Pay package discussed upon application

What You'll Do:
- Provide psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for adolescent patients
- Manage patient medication regimens, including psychopharmacology
- Conduct on-site evaluations and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
- Oversee and guide clinical care for a challenging adolescent population
- Handle urgent and urgent mental health cases, including de-escalation techniques
- Collaborate with families, school personnel, and other healthcare professionals
- Participate in on-call responsibilities, including admissions and urgent interventions
What You Need:
- Board Certified in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry or General Psychiatry with completed CAP fellowship
- Minimum of 2+ years experience working with adolescent populations
- Strong knowledge of psychiatric medications, diagnoses, and treatment protocols
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment
- Must currently reside in California
