Our team is built on trust, service, and a commitment to doing things the right way.The Warehouse Associate (Receiving & Shipping) plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse operations by handling both inbound and outbound product flow. This position is responsible for receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and staging materials with accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate thrives in a "team first" environment and has a passion for customer service.Responsibilities and DutiesReceiving (Inbound)Unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipmentsReceive, stage, and stock inventory in appropriate locationsIdentify and report damages, shortages, or discrepanciesMaintain accurate inventory and product organizationShipping (Outbound)Pick, pack, and stage orders for delivery or customer pickupLoad trucks safely and accurately based on order requirementsVerify outgoing shipments against packing slips and sales ordersEnsure proper labeling, packaging, and secure loadingGeneral Warehouse SupportUse RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory and ordersMaintain clean, organized, and safe work areasAssist in other warehouse functions as neededCommunicate effectively with team members and supervisorsCustomer Service & Team CollaborationRepresent Hubbard Supplyhouse with a professional and positive attitudeWork collaboratively with warehouse, delivery, and counter teamsSupport team goals and contribute to a "team-first" cultureCommunicate issues or delays clearly and promptlyRequirements· High school diploma, GED, or equivalent· Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse or physical labor role· Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds· Basic computer and scanning tool proficiency· Strong attention to detail and ability to work at a consistent pacePreferred:· Experience in plumbing, irrigation, or wholesale distribution environments· Familiarity with shipping software or ERP systems· Experience operating pallet jacks, forklifts, or other material-handling equipment· Ability to multitask and adapt during high-volume periods· Dependable, team-oriented work style
