For more information, please visit .Position SummaryThe Systems Application Manager will train, support and manage software applications within Crow Holdings Development, partnering with business leaders and subject matter experts across the enterprise to ensure successful user adoption, and efficient business processes. This role will be remote.Primary ResponsibilitiesLead and manage critical efforts around user support, application maintenance, training, and systems implementation for across the development companiesTrainingDesign and implement training programs for systems across the development companiesPartner with leadership to provide comprehensive training programs for applicationsParticipate in technology projects as a subject matter expert, tester, and/or trainerCoordinate on-boarding as well as on-going training for employees; track for completion and masteryParticipate in the research, design, development, testing, delivery, and training of new as well as modified business processes, reports, tools and softwareDevelop and provide training for external partners as necessary for critical systems and processesUser support and application maintenanceManage on-going awareness around adoption of critical tools, systems, and best practicesBuild and maintain relationships to understand business challenges and efficiencies around system applicationsCreate testing scripts and oversee end user testing of new systems, procedures, or software upgradesMaintain group of subject matter experts in the field to assist with communication to the divisionsCollaborate with team members, subject matter experts, and/or third-party vendors to resolve questions and issues regarding systems and processesIdentify areas for improved efficiency, vet new systems and integrations based on business needsDevelop and maintain process change management and policy/procedure documentationManage, track, schedule and maintain software upgradesStay abreast of industry trends and innovationDesired Skills & ExperienceYardi Accounting, Investment Management and Job Cost experience requiredProcore construction management experience is preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated interest and aptitude for technical documentation, training design and delivery of written and recorded materialsAbility to work cross-functionally and establish relationships across all levels and divisions within the organizationExpect 30% travel for this roleJob SummaryRequisition Number: SYSTE001303Job Category: OperationsSchedule: Full-Time
