About the Company My Gym Children's Fitness Center is a 700+ locations strong international corporation offering the BEST recreational fitness and gymnastics programs and blowout birthday parties for children ages 6 weeks to 10 years of age. We're tons of fun and love what we do! Job Description We are looking for someone who genuinely loves children and can be silly, fun, and outgoing. It's also important that you be a "people person" as interacting with parents and their children is a primary role of our team members. You will be leading classes, parties, camps, and events. Additional duties include light admin work, day-to-day cleaning or equipment and toys, and general customer service. Position Requirements Ability to work 20+ hours per week, including weekends Strong interpersonal communication skills Experience with children is a plus, but not required. A healthy fit lifestyle preferred. Effective time management Clean background check Compensation Starts at $20 per hour - Average trained team member earns $20+ per hour.
