Warehouse Picker/Packer

Warehouse Order Picker and PackerWe are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented order picker and packers to join our warehouse team in Oxford, MI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for picking, packing, and put-away of products for shipment. This role is crucial in supporting our operational needs and delivering excellent customer service.Hours:8:00am - 6:30pm Monday - Thursday (overtime as needed)12:00pm - 10:30pm Monday - Thursday (overtime as needed)8:30pm - 7:00am Monday - Thursday (overtime as needed)Pay: $17.00/hr. plus performance payPick Pack Duties:Accurately pick and pack products according to customer orders.Inspect items for defects or damage before packaging.Product put-aways and stocking pick locations.Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.Operate warehouse lift equipment safely - forklift, man lift, etc.Conduct and assist with inventories and cycle counts.Follow all safety protocols and procedures while handling products and equipment.Other duties as assignedSkills:Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in packing and labeling.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.Lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance.Basic proficiency with computers - Windows, Outlook, Excel, Word, WorldShip, WMS.Good verbal and written communication skills for effective teamwork and collaboration.Basic math skills for counting and measuring items accurately.Physical stamina for standing, walking, and climbing for long periods and lifting packages as needed.Previous forklift operator experience preferred.Previous experience in a warehouse preferred.How to Apply:Apply to this adOr call View phone number on click.appcast.io to speak with an Intake SpecialistExpress Employment Professionals is an equal opportunity employer.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits: 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, referral program, vision insuranceExperience: Warehouse: 1 year (Required), Picking & packing: 1 year (Preferred), Cycle counts: 1 year (Preferred), Forklift: 1 year (Preferred)Ability to Commute: Oxford, MI 48371 (Required)Work Location: In person
