Strategic Transformation Project Manager

Trinity Health seeks an experienced Project/Program Manager to lead medium to large initiatives across ministries and system offices. You will define scope, manage timelines and budgets, and partner with executive sponsors to deliver expected outcomes. This role requires PMP or Lean/Six Sigma approaches, 5–7 years in program management, and strong leadership, communication, and data analysis skills.
