Part-Time Appointment Setter — Remote

Pay: $18–$23 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–3:00 PM
Hours: Approximately 25 hours per week
Location: Remote / Work From Home
Opportunity: Part-time with potential to grow into full-time

We’re looking for an experienced Appointment Setter to help a growing business-services company connect with prospective clients and schedule conversations with the right decision-makers.

This is a phone-focused role. You’ll be reaching out to businesses, starting conversations, asking a few questions, identifying potential opportunities, and scheduling appointments for our team.

You are not responsible for closing the sale . Your job is to open the door and get the right conversations on the calendar.

What You'll Do

• Make outbound calls to businesses

• Speak professionally with owners, managers, and decision-makers

• Ask questions and gather basic information

• Identify businesses that may be a good fit

• Schedule qualified appointments

• Keep accurate notes and update contact information

• Follow a simple calling process while still sounding natural

What We're Looking For

• Previous appointment-setting, outbound calling, inside sales, or similar phone experience

• Confident and comfortable speaking with businesses

• Strong communication skills and a professional phone presence

• Able to build rapport quickly without sounding scripted

• Comfortable hearing “no” and moving on to the next call

• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated

• Able to work independently from home

• Comfortable learning and using basic CRM software

This is not an entry-level phone position. We’re looking for someone who already knows how to pick up the phone, start a conversation, and turn a good conversation into an appointment.

Remote Work Requirements

You must have:

• Your own laptop or computer

• Reliable high-speed internet

• A quiet place to work and make calls

• Availability Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM–3:00 PM

Compensation

$18–$23 per hour , depending on experience.

This position will begin part-time with the possibility of developing into a full-time opportunity for the right person.
