Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• SNF experience required

Assignment Details

• Schedule: M-F; 8 hours
• Flex schedule available and required when needed
• Point of service documentation required
• Net Health on iPad
• 88% productivity
• If not vaccinated for COVID, a signed form acknowledging risks is required

Location Highlights

Marion, Virginia sits in Smyth County in the Blue Ridge portion of the southern Appalachian Mountains, offering access to mountain scenery and a small-town setting.
