2nd Shift Production Supervisor

12pm - 10pm

Pay - $71,735 - 82K

The Manufacturing Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing day-to-day production operations while leading continuous improvement initiatives within a medium to large team. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, this position ensures high standards of quality, safety, and productivity are consistently met in the manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day production operations to meet quality and output targets
Lead and supervise a team of 6 to 16+ manufacturing staff
Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with safety regulations
Implement continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency
Manage inventory and schedules to optimize workflow
Conduct training sessions to develop team skills and ensure adherence to procedures
Prepare and submit operational reports to Plant Manager
Coordinate equipment maintenance to minimize downtime

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years experience in manufacturing supervision
Associate degree in Manufacturing or related field
Knowledge of production management and quality control
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and safety compliance practices
Strong team leadership and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and time management abilities
