CAD Technician

Virtual Vocations Inc

Collaborating with engineers, the remote CAD Technician will design, draft, and evaluate engineering plan sets while utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit, and MicroStation, contributing to impactful projects in a flexible work environment. Key responsibilities Design, draft, review, and evaluate engineering plan sets in collaboration with engineers Create Civil Engineering drawings and prepare report figures for projects Write technical documents including material lists and cost estimates while ensuring accuracy and industry standards Required qualifications Associate or bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related discipline Professional certification such as ADDA and CADD 1+ years of related design and drafting experience Proficiency in AutoCAD (preferably Civil 3D), Revit, and MicroStation Knowledge of engineering practices and industry standards
