CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Drexel Swing Mast Operator (PIT) for the 1st shift in the Salem, NH area. Pick orders for shipment, ensuring that the correct number and type of product is loaded. Measure, weigh, and count products and materials. Operate a Drexel Swing Mast forklift for picking orders. Pack orders for shipments by parcel, LTL, and TL carriers. Operate computer and printer as well as hand held scanner
Responsibilities:
- Operate a Drexel Swing Reach Forklift to retrieve and store materials in narrow aisle warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners, pick tickets, or warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Transport products safely between storage, staging, shipping, and receiving areas.
- Verify product descriptions, quantities, lot numbers, and locations to ensure order accuracy.
- Stage completed orders for shipment and assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control activities.
- Inspect forklift equipment daily and report maintenance or safety concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following OSHA and company safety standards.
- Meet productivity, accuracy, and quality goals in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
