Scott Cameron State Farm is looking for a motivated, dependable, and people-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This is more than a role answering phones or processing transactions. Our Customer Service team helps customers understand their coverage, solve problems, identify gaps, and make informed decisions that better protect their families and financial futures.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Assist customers with policy questions, changes, billing concerns, claims-related questions, and other service needs.
• Follow up promptly and professionally on customer requests.
• Review customer information and help identify potential gaps or changing insurance needs.
• Educate customers about available insurance products and coverage options using a needs-based approach.
• Schedule insurance and financial review appointments when appropriate.
• Generate leads and identify opportunities to help customers with additional products and services.
• Maintain accurate documentation and complete follow-up tasks.
• Work closely with our Sales and Service teams to create an excellent overall customer experience.
• Take ownership of customer concerns and work toward solutions rather than simply passing problems along.

Insurance experience is helpful, but attitude, work ethic, communication skills, and the ability to learn are extremely important to us
