This role is responsible for aligning resources, budgets, timelines, and project objectives while proactively monitoring progress, addressing challenges, and ensuring stakeholders remain informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle. The Project Manager serves as a central point of coordination, driving accountability and collaboration to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required standards.Plan, organize and direct all activities as required for the full implementation of project goals and objectivesEnsure that project activities are consistent with the project objectives and that objectives can be met.Ensure the project meets targets, budgets and time-lines, with appropriate reporting and evaluationDevelop, complete and finalize all project deliverables according to the timeline with the assistance of the Site Management Team.Coordinate activities with Contractors, Vendors, Employees, and local and state authorities, equipment suppliers and local site management team.Coordinate, participate, facilitate and take minutes at the Project Steering Committee meetingsEnsure timely preparation of information and other written Documents/material as required for implementation of project activitiesEnsure and maintain effective and on-going communication with individuals and groups involved directly or indirectly in the projectContinually monitor the progress of the projectConduct an orderly, systematic and incremental evaluation of the projectSupport program implementation between multiple sites in different geographic locationsUpdate the Site Management team on a regular basis about the progress of the projectInterested?If you have any of the below skills, we would love to talk to you about your next career move:Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and including report writing, position paper development and publication/presentation of research resultsStrong project management, organisation and software skillsPMP certification strongly preferredBachelors degree strongly preferredExcellent interpersonal, time management, problem solving and organizational skillsKnowledge of Word, Project, PowerPoint and ExcelAbility to develop and maintain program/project plansEqual opportunities:Doncasters is committed to achieving workforce diversity and we pride ourselves on creating an inclusive working environment.
