Senior Counsel, Absence & Employee Benefits (Remote)

New York Life Insurance Co. is seeking an experienced attorney to serve as a key legal partner to the Group Benefit Solutions Absence Management team. The role advises on leave programs, disability, and related group insurance offerings while coordinating with Product, Operations, Claims, and Compliance to balance legal risk with business objectives.
