We are hiring Assembly Operators to join a well-established industrial manufacturer in Morristown. This position focuses on assembling industrial drive chains and components in a production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble industrial drive chains and sub-assemblies
- Use hand tools and basic production equipment
- Follow work instructions, prints, and quality standards
- Inspect assembled parts for accuracy and quality
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Meet daily production goals
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally)
- Basic mechanical or assembly experience preferred
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Reliable attendance is a must
- Steady 2nd shift schedule
- Competitive $16.00/hr pay
