Key Responsibilities

• Assist licensed Physical Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
• Monitor patient progress and document responses to treatment, adjusting techniques as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about exercises, home care programs, and expected benefits of therapy.
• Maintain and sanitize equipment, ensuring a safe and effective therapy environment.
• Utilize point-of-service documentation systems with iPad technology to maintain accurate records.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient care strategies and collaborate on solutions to complex cases.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on the geriatric population, particularly patients in skilled nursing facilities recovering from various conditions, including surgery, trauma, or chronic illnesses. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 50,000 – 65,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
