Project Manager/Estimator

Job Overview M.A.S. Drywall & Construction Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Commercial Drywall Project Estimator/Manager to join our growing team. We are looking for a professional who can confidently estimate, manage, and oversee commercial drywall projects from bid through closeout. We are a commercial drywall subcontractor specializing in drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, insulation. We have built long-standing relationships with reputable general contractors throughout Central Florida and offer a stable workload with opportunities for long-term growth. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable preparing accurate estimates, coordinating multiple commercial projects, communicating with general contractors, and managing project financials from start to finish. This is a full-time, in-office position based in DeBary, Florida, with flexible working hours within normal business hours. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed commercial drywall estimates using OST (On-Screen Takeoff) and/or The EDGE Estimating Software Review architectural, structural, and reflected ceiling plans Prepare bid proposals and quantity takeoffs Manage projects from award through closeout Prepare and process: RFIs Submittals Change Orders Pay Applications Schedule of Values (SOVs) Coordinate with General Contractors, vendors, and field personnel Maintain organized project documentation and communication Qualifications 5+ years of commercial drywall estimating experience Experience with OST (On-Screen Takeoff) and/or The EDGE Estimating Software Experience working for a commercial drywall subcontractor Strong knowledge of commercial drywall systems, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, insulation, and specialty ceilings Proficient with Microsoft office applications Outlook and Microsoft Excel , including preparation of Pay Applications and Schedules of Values Ability to read and interpret commercial construction drawings Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills Why Join M.A.S.
