Critical Care Physician Assistant (PA) / Nurse Practitioner (NP) | Olney, MD (Near D.C)

MedStar Montgomery Medical Center, located in Olney, Maryland, in Montgomery County just north of Washington, D.C., is seeking an experienced Critical Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our collaborative ICU team as a full-time Nocturnist. This position includes a competitive base salary, annual incentive, nocturnist differential, and sign‑on bonus! This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced ICU APP seeking a high‑acuity night‑shift role with significant autonomy, procedural responsibility, and leadership opportunities while working alongside experienced intensivists and multidisciplinary care teams. Our 12‑bed ICU cares for a diverse medical and surgical critical care population, providing broad exposure to neurocritical care, cardiac conditions, stroke, gastrointestinal disease, renal failure, vascular surgery patients, and post‑operative critical care.
