Lead the charge at Craft & Crew Hospitality's The Howe as our next Lead Line Cook/Supervisor! To excel as our Lead Line Cook/Supervisor at The Howe, you'll need a blend of skills and experience to thrive in our fast-paced kitchen environment. With 5+ years of experience as a Line Cook under your belt you'll demonstrate your expertise in culinary operations and food safety. Strong leadership qualities, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to problem-solve under pressure are key to effectively guiding the back-of-house team to success.

Your physical stamina to withstand 8-10 hour shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and navigate stairs effortlessly will ensure seamless operations. Knowledge of Health & Safety procedures, along with a Serve Safe Certification, is highly valued.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• 5+ Years experience as Line Cook
• Supervisory Experience preferred
• Excellent Communication Skills;
• Leadership Skills;
• Must be able to stand, walk, and move about for 8-10 hour shifts;
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs;
• Must be able to walk up and down stairs without complications
• Problem-solving abilities
• be prepared to think and act quickly in stressful situations;
• Knowledge of Health & Safety procedures in accordance with MDH. Serve Safe Certification a plus.
