- Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment from initial conversations through to final placements.
- Act as a Trusted Advisor to Clients, gaining insight into their unique hiring needs, organizational challenges, and workplace culture.
- Implement Strategic Sourcing by utilizing our proprietary CRM/ATS and leveraging your professional network along with additional communication tools.
- Utilize Our Comprehensive Platform to effectively manage candidates, track interactions, streamline follow-ups, and maintain organization.
- Focus on Permanent Placements that provide ongoing value for your clients while ensuring substantial commissions for you.
- Engage in Thought Leadership as we work to enhance our brand and yours.

- 2 to 3+ years of experience in recruiting or consultative sales.
