Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $19.75 / Hour Job Schedule: Wednesday: 11:30 AM – 07:30 PM Thursday: 11:30 AM – 07:30 PM Friday: 11:30 AM – 07:30 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location. Monitor dispatch communications, receive calls for service, and coordinate the assignment of security‑related personnel to routine incidents, priority situations, and building‑related concerns. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting details and communicating updates to site leadership and/or emergency responders as needed. Use radios, phones, and computer‑based systems to track activity, maintain incident logs, and relay information regarding alarms, access issues, and after‑hours requests. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by location and assignment needs. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
