Senior Accountant (Direct Hire) Location: Mason, Ohio Salary: $90,000 - $95,000 + 5-6% Bonus We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join a stable and growing organization in Mason, Ohio. This is a direct hire opportunity reporting to the Controller, offering strong visibility, consistent bonus potential, and the chance to make an immediate impact. This role is ideal for a hands-on "doer" who enjoys owning the details, supporting key financial processes, and working cross-functionally within the business. Key Responsibilities Prepare and analyze financial reports to support business decision-making Assist with month-end and year-end close processes Support the audit process , including working with external auditors and preparing footnotes Run and analyze reports within NetSuite (required) Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and internal controls Partner with leadership to improve processes and reporting efficiency Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role Experience supporting external audits and preparing financial statement footnotes Strong proficiency in NetSuite (required) CPA is not required Detail-oriented with a proactive, hands-on approach Work Environment Preference for 100% on-site , but flexibility may be considered for top candidates Collaborative team environment with direct exposure to leadership #J-18808-Ljbffr Vaco by Highspring
